The ground rules for using xMerch's commerce markets — plain-language, but binding.

Beta software notice
xMerch is in active development and provided as a beta product. Features, pricing behavior, and market availability may change without notice, and the platform may contain bugs or experience downtime. Do not use xMerch with funds you cannot afford to lose.
1. What xMerch is
xMerch is a non-custodial interface for issuing tokens and operating decentralized exchange markets on the XRPL and Xahau networks. Transactions are signed by you using your own Xaman wallet — xMerch never holds, controls, or has access to your private keys or funds. Every trade settles directly on-chain via native ledger offers.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing on xMerch — including prices, market data, spreads, or any market-making activity — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Information is provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for evaluating any transaction and should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
3. Third-party tokens are not endorsed
xMerch's token factory allows any user to issue their own token on XRPL/Xahau. xMerch does not review, vet, endorse, or guarantee any token created through the platform, including its value, liquidity, team, or legitimacy — this applies equally to $XMERCH itself. The existence of a market, a price, or market-making activity for a token is not an endorsement or a representation that the token has or will have any particular value. You are responsible for your own research before acquiring any token.
4. Assumption of risk
Digital assets are volatile and can lose some or all of their value, including to zero. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. xMerch does not control the XRPL or Xahau networks and cannot guarantee that any transaction will confirm, confirm in a timely manner, or confirm at the price you expect. You accept full responsibility for the risks of using decentralized, permissionless networks and experimental (including Hooks-based) infrastructure.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use xMerch for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, fraud, or money laundering, or in violation of the sanctions or export laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
6. No warranty
xMerch is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xMerch and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, data, or profits arising from your use of the platform, third-party tokens, network outages, or smart contract/Hook behavior, whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of xMerch after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
